Sarah
is a fully qualified IYENGAR teacher. She truly
believes in the benefits that yoga can bring to
all, no matter what their experience. Her lessons
are about building confidence and encouraging personal
development, ensuring that each student feels comfortable
and tended to on an individual basis.
Sarah has been practicing IYENGAR yoga for over 7 years and after 3 years of
tough training, qualified as a teacher in 2007. She now teaches
a number of weekly classes.
Sarah encourages everyone to come to her classes no matter how stiff or supple.
She wants you to dedicate a small slice of your hectic schedule to focus 100%
on yourself (for a change).
